We want you to be 100% satisfied with your equipment. Whether it’s a blade that doesn't feel right or a paddle that needs a swap, we are here to help.

14-Day Exchange: We accept exchanges on any goods that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

Expert Check: Please note that once table tennis rubbers have been glued or paddles have been used in play, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Faulty Goods: If your gear arrives with a defect, we will provide a full refund or replacement in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Need help with a warranty? Because we are authorized NZ distributors for brands like Joola, Yasaka, Stiga and Power Pong we handle all warranty claims locally and efficiently. No need to ship things back overseas!

Damaged Goods: If your gear arrives looking a bit worse for wear from the journey, let us know immediately and we’ll get it sorted.

How to Start a Return: Simply email us with your order number and we will get things sorted. You can also drop into our Lower Hutt showroom for an immediate exchange on stocked items.
