At TT Sports, we know that when you’ve found the perfect paddle or bat, you want it in your hands as soon as possible. That’s why we prioritize fast, secure shipping from our Lower Hutt warehouse to every corner of New Zealand.

• Dispatch & Delivery: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 working days. You can expect delivery within 1–3 working days for North Island destinations, and 2-5 working days for South Island destinations.

• Real-Time Tracking: We use NZ Post and Aramex for small goods, and specialized freight partners for tables and robots. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our Lower Hutt showroom.

• Local Pickup: If you’re in the Wellington region, skip the shipping costs! Select "Store Pickup" at checkout and collect your gear from our showroom inside Kingdom Music at 164 High Street, Lower Hutt.
  

• Out of Stock Items: If an item is marked "Out of Stock," or we have inadvertently made an error on our website, please allow 4–6 weeks for international transit. We will notify you immediately if there are any unexpected delays.

• International Orders: Currently, our automated checkout is for New Zealand addresses. If you require shipping to Australia or the Pacific Islands, please [Contact Us] for a custom quote.

• Secure Payment: We offer ultra-secure checkout via Shopify Pay (Credit/Debit) or NZ Bank Deposit. For bank transfers, account details will be provided in your order confirmation email.
